Welcome to Hartland of Lexington

The Hartland Clubhouse offers a spacious venue for graduations, birthdays, showers, meetings, and other gatherings. The facility includes a large open gathering room, sunroom, full kitchen, tables and chairs, television, and surround sound system. The clubhouse may be rented by Hartland residents or by non-residents sponsored by a Hartland resident, who must be present for the duration of the event, including setup and cleanup. A $106 additional fee applies for rentals by non-residents.

Hartland residents enjoy three tennis courts, six pickleball courts, and one flex court for either sport. Courts are available by reservation and are open daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with guests required to be accompanied by a resident.

The Hartland pool facility includes a junior Olympic–sized six-lane pool with a 10-foot diving well, a separate children’s pool area, and a hot tub. The pool deck offers lounge seating, shaded tables, and a picnic area with grills. Residents may also reserve the pool area for private or non-private pool party rentals.

The Hartland Gym offers residents a convenient neighborhood fitness space to stay active without leaving the community. Key-fob access is available seven days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
